We recommend scheduling an inspection with us prior to putting a home on the market. This enables us to identify and correct any roofing issues before they become a checklist item on a home inspection report… and a headache for you.

Our fee of $300.00 for real estate inspections (for homes of average size, height and steepness) includes photographs and a report that documents the condition of the subject roof, as well as any problematic areas. This fee can be credited towards any needed maintenance, repair or replacement services that Bolton Roofing is hired to complete following your client’s review of our inspection report.
We are also equipped to conduct roof inspections using an unmanned aircraft (drone) and provide aerial photographs of the home after our inspection and/or after completion of our maintenance, repair or replacement work.
